Hello, my name is Evelina. I am an illustrator who works under the name “Gospodina,” a
nickname that carries a small piece of my childhood into everything I create.
I draw inspiration from traditional ornaments, childhood memories, and the stories I grew up
with, which I bring into my work to keep the feeling of home alive, but in a new, modern way.
Culture and tradition are at the heart of what I do. I believe the value and importance of this
kind of art have always helped communities survive and connect. I aim to revive these values in
a contemporary way, using modern materials like the graphic tablet alongside pastels, pencils,
and oil paint.
My goal will be achieved when my family sees my art in the real world and feels the same
warmth I felt while creating it. 😙
